General Guidelines
- Shivdham Tour & Travels only provides a technology platforms that connects intending travelers with cab/taxi/tempo-traveller/Bus/bike operators. It does not operate own any taxi/tempo-traveller/bike/bus
- Air Conditioning (AC) and music systems may not function in steep hill areas for safety reasons.
- AC services are available only in Innova cabs during Chardham tours, subject to road and weather conditions.
- Vehicles are provided as per the agreed itinerary, and AC will not operate during steep mountain climbs to maintain vehicle performance.
- Additional charges apply for sightseeing at Triyuginarayan Temple, landslide transfers, and Uttarakhand state taxes.
- Expenses such as toll taxes, driver allowances, parking fees, and applicable GST are extra and not included in the base fare.
Special Tours and Chardham Yatra
- Minimum booking durations are as follows:
- Chardham Yatra & Kedarnath-Badrinath Yatra: 12 days (Ex-Delhi) or 10 days (Ex-Haridwar/Dehradun).
- Yamunotri-Gangotri Yatra: 8 days (Ex-Delhi) or 6 days (Ex-Haridwar/Dehradun).
- Single Dham Yatra: 6 days (Ex-Delhi) or 4 days (Ex-Haridwar/Dehradun).
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining amount must be paid before the last day of the drop.
- Additional charges will apply for changes to the itinerary or added sightseeing trips beyond the original plan.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Bookings are confirmed only after the advance payment is received. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the travel date will incur a 50% penalty.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations on the day of travel or no-shows.
Responsibilities and Safety
- In the event of landslides, roadblocks, or natural disasters, any additional transfer costs must be borne by the customer.
- We ensure our vehicles are well-maintained; however, delays or breakdowns due to weather or road conditions may occur.
- Travel insurance is not included in our services. We recommend customers arrange their own insurance for personal safety and belongings.
Note: Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in the vehicle. Please ensure the safety of your belongings, as we are not responsible for loss or theft.
